Variable Salary

Annual fixed salary adjustment of 5% every year

Working Hours: 8 hours With Flexible Working Hours

Flexible clock-in time (08:00-10:00)
Flexible clock-out time (17:00-19:00)
Lunch break (12:00–13:00)

All Employees Enjoy Special Leave

Female employees receive 1 day of full-paid menstrual leave each month, Male employees also receive 1 day of full-paid leave to care for their girlfriend/wife each month.

Full-paid Family Leave

Based on the employee’s family situation, 1 day of full-paid family leave is provided in the month of Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Children’s Day, and wedding anniversary.

Better than Labor Standards Act Leave

Employees enjoy 12 days of full-paid company leave upon joining the company (Calculated proportionally based on the month of joining the company)

Annual travel / health Check Subsidy

Travel Subsidy

Full-time employees receive a subsidy of $10,000 after one year, $20,000 after two years, and so on.
Part-time employees receive a subsidy of $5,000 after one year,
$10,000 after two years, and so on.

Health Check Subsidy

A subsidy of $4,500 is available after 3 months of employment.

On-the-job Training Subsidy

Encouraging employees to improve their professional skills related to their current job and to obtain relevant certifications.

Transportation and Parking Subsidy

A monthly subsidy of 300 NTD for motorcycle parking fees upon employment.

Coffee Bar and Snacks

Unlimited coffee bar drinks and snacks provided.
